Local Costco ran out, ugh.
I add 6 ounce of my homemade Merguez sausage, 1/2 of a sweet onion to pan, brown them, add Raos creamy Rosa sauce, simmer for an hour or so.
Heat the noodles, add a bit of pasta water to sauce, mix and serve.
Never any leftovers
